My Favourite Bon Jovi Songs

When I was in my teens, I’d heard of Bon Jovi. Translation: I heard the hits, and I loved them. Now I am in my twenties, and my partner loves Bon Jovi – in other words, he has all of their albums. I on the other hand have only one, which is their greatest hits (2010). I got some of their albums from the library and also browsed them on YouTube. The albums I got are:

Cross Road (1994)

These Days (1995) – wasn’t as keen on this; liked a couple of the songs

Have A Nice Day (2005)

So here are my favourite tracks from each album:

These Days:

Diamond Ring (Diamond Ring)

If That’s What It Takes (If That’s What It Takes )

Cross Road:

Keep The Faith

Someday I’ll Be Saturday Night

Blaze Of Glory

In These Arms

Bad Medicine

I’ll Be There For You

In & Out Of Love

Runaway

Have A Nice Day:

I Want To Be Loved

Welcome To Wherever You Are

Last Man Standing

Last Cigarette

I Am

Complicated

Novocaine

Story Of My Life

Dirty Little Secret

There may be another post if I find other Bon Jovi albums…..

What’s On My Stereo// AC/DC, Tom Petty

My first post of 2016 is hopefully one I will make into a regular feature. I love my music and particularly rock from the 1960s-1980s, though I will give all types and styles of music a listen.

So currently at home on my stereo (and iPod) are AC/DC and Tom Petty.

My most played tracks this week from AC/DC are:

Shake Your Foundations (from 1985’s Fly On The Wall) Shake Your Foundations

Anything Goes (from 2008’s Black Ice) Anything Goes

War Machine (also from 2008’s Black Ice) War Machine

My most played tracks from Tom Petty are:

The Waiting (from 1981’s Hard Promises) The Waiting

Shadow Of A Doubt (A Complex Kid) (from 1979’s Damn The Torpedoes) Shadow Of A Doubt (A Complex Kid)

You Wreck Me [on iPod only] (from 1994’s Wildflowers) You Wreck Me

Honey Bee [on iPod only] (also from 1994’s Wildflowers) Honey Bee

Change Of Heart [on iPod only] (from 1982’s Long After Dark) Change Of Heart

So there you have it for this week – what’s on your stereos/iPods?
